The Woven Building

201 South Las Vegas Blvd. is a remarkable architectural landmark with its own unique history. Originally called the “Nevada Savings and Loan Association Building,” the building was constructed in 1975 by renowned architects Walter Zick and Harris Sharp.

Zick & Sharp, a pioneering duo of Las Vegas architects, have left an indelible mark on the city’s skyline with their innovative designs and aesthetic sensibilities. Both educated at the prestigious University of Southern California, the two established their architectural firm in Las Vegas to embark on a transformative journey. Their unique architectural style of blending modern aesthetics with stoic functionality has significantly influenced the city’s landscape, resulting in iconic landmarks including the Moulin Rouge Hotel, The Mint, the First National Bank of Nevada Building, and Clark High School among many others.

201 S. Las Vegas Blvd. stands as a symbol of Las Vegas’ vibrant past and dynamic future, which is why Woven is excited to open our flagship collective workspace brand inside and be a part of such a unique project and legacy. Woven is not just a workspace – it’s a vibrant community committed to creating dynamic and adaptive spaces putting the needs of its residents first.

At Woven, we believe in the power of design, the joy of the unexpected, and the commitment to excellence. We celebrate the soul of a space, and this unique and historic building has a story to tell. As we open our doors, we look forward to crafting a holistic ecosystem where businesses can thrive, underscored by our unwavering commitment to thoughtful service. We welcome you to experience the delightful touches, predictive amenities, and unexpected surprises that define the Woven experience.

Opening later this year alongside The Broken Yolk Café, a renowned San Diego breakfast joint known for its benedicts, will be setting up its first downtown location on the northwest corner of the building. Pachinko Pub, a venture from FukuBurger’s Colin Fukunaga and Mark Evensvold, will bring an exciting edge to the ground floor offerings with its unique blend of American burgers and Japanese flavors. Baguette Café, famed for its French-inspired fare, will mark its third location here. Tacos Reforma will introduce a fresh concept of Mexico City-inspired street tacos served in a modern, fast-casual setting, with a menu deeply rooted in authentic family recipes. There are plans for a yet-to-be-announced rooftop restaurant and bar – complete with a retractable roof – adding intrigue to the elevated dining experience at this vibrant location.

The Creation of Woven Workspaces: Designing the Future of the Workday

The modern workspace is more than just a place to work; it’s an environment that should foster creativity, innovation, and most importantly, a sense of community. At Woven we believe in the power of space, crafted with intention and warmth, designed not only to house businesses, but to help them flourish.

The Woven Philosophy

The philosophy of Woven encapsulates the very soul of “work” in a new context. It is a response to the cry for high-performance space that is expectant and flexible, with human-centric work environments and an experience that more resembles a day at a boutique hotel instead of an office.

We stand confidently on the belief that every business – regardless of its nature, size, or tenure – deserves an environment that is custom-designed, joyful, and conducive to its unique culture and needs. It is the embodiment of mindfulness in spatial design, where intention meets execution in every detail.

Woven is not just a physical space – it’s an ethos and commitment to creating work ecosystems that foster joy, connection, and innovation. It is a vibrant network of ready-to-work spaces that resonate with its resident brands and their people.

Focus on Design Elements

At the core of Woven’s philosophy is the unwavering belief that the design of physical space and the experiences it fosters are paramount. It is this focus on innovative and aspirational design that differentiates Woven, making every square foot a testament to the power of architectural thoughtfulness in unlocking true human potential.

A Holistic Approach to Well-Being

Woven does more than just provide a space for work; it’s about wellness. From the ergonomically designed furniture to the sprawling, well-lit communal spaces, every aspect is designed to enhance your well-being.

Flexibility and Modularity

The beauty of Woven is that our spaces are flexible, easily adapting to the diverse needs of your company. From open plans to cabanas and pods, these spaces morph to fit the dynamics of your team and needs of any given project.

Effortless Connectivity

Our ecosystem simplifies your day with the Woven app that streamlines every conceivable need, from finding the perfect work spot to effortlessly ordering lunch tailored to your dietary preferences. It’s Woven’s commitment to leverage technology in creating an unobstructed, productive environment that empowers our residents to dedicate their focus and energy to what truly matters—passion and creativity.

Woven is more than a trend; we are a testament to thinking differently, considering the needs of the current and emerging workforce, and above all else, helping residents re-imagine what it means to spend a day at the office.
